Our approach
Care that meets you where you are.
Adlerian
Informed by Alfred Adler's Individual Psychology.
This tradition looks at the whole person — your work, your relationships, your sense of belonging. Mira listens for the pattern underneath the moment: what you're striving for, what feels discouraging, and where connection has thinned.
Emotionally Focused
Grounded in the theory of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), developed by Dr. Sue Johnson.
This tradition helps you name what you're feeling and stay with it long enough to understand what it needs. Mira slows the conversation down, reflects the emotion back, and helps you sit with it without rushing past.
Parts-informed
Inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Richard Schwartz.
Drawing on parts work, Mira assumes different parts of you carry different weights. She makes room for the part that's exhausted, the part that's still showing up, and the part that wants to quit — all at once, without judgment.
What Mira is not
Mira is not a therapist and not clinical care. She's a companion for the moments between shifts — a place to say the thing out loud. In crisis, call or text 988.
